A 90-minute feature branded film produced to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Ota Cultural Association in Tokyo. Directed and written by Daisuke Miki, the film depicts the passion and conflicts of aspiring artists against the authentic backdrop of Tokyo’s Ota City.
